Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Everything is sourced through the brands and their authorised distributors — Maybelline, Miss Rose, Saeed Ghani, Conatural, Remington and the rest arrive exactly as you would get from the brand directly. No refills, no parallel imports, no counterfeits. If anything looks wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it.

We accept cash on delivery and prepaid. For cash on delivery, you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. For prepaid, we send JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank-transfer details after you place the order. Delivery charges are confirmed based on your location.

Not yet. We deliver across Pakistan only. Orders in major cities usually arrive in three to five working days; areas outside the main courier routes may take an extra day or two.

An attar is an oil-based concentrate — usually sold in 6ml or 12ml — applied with a dab on the pulse points and it lasts all day. A spray perfume (eau de parfum or extrait) comes in a bottle with an atomiser and is easier to layer lightly. Both are on the product page under Concentration if you want to check before ordering.

Many are. The Calendula & Herbs Baby Soap, Aloe Vera & Neem Soap and Goat Milk Hydrating Face Wash are the mildest things we stock. Conatural's range is also formulated without common irritants. Every full ingredient list is on the product page, so you can check for anything you react to before ordering.

Yes, but not in the same routine when you are starting out. Use vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. If your skin is comfortable after a month, you can experiment with layering — Saeed Ghani's Retinol Night Serum and Vitamin C Skin Serum are both in our range.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you have used a skincare product and it does not suit your skin, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it — we do not need it back. Damaged or wrong items are replaced the same day once you send a photo. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
