Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days of being placed.

During launches and the December period, dispatch can take up to three working days. We post current timings at the top of the site when that happens.

Delivery charges depend on your city and are confirmed after you place the order. We will tell you the rate based on your location before the parcel is dispatched.

Most orders in major cities arrive in three to five working days. Areas outside the main courier routes may take an extra day or two.

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If the link has not arrived within 48 hours of your confirmation email, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Prices on our site are shown in PKR. The total at checkout is for the products only. Delivery is quoted separately based on your location.
