An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.

If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay.

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and publish full ingredient lists. Cosmetic products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

Always patch test a new product, and stop using anything that causes irritation.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Embellishers is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
