It is especially useful for rough elbows, knees and arms, and before waxing or applying self-tan. Wet your skin and the mitt, then rub in long strokes, using light pressure. Two or three times a week is enough for most skin types. Rinse it after use and hang it to dry; it is reusable and quick drying.
