Mix the recommended amount of CutePlus Rice Bleach Powder with the 6% 20 Vol Oxidizing Emulsion until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eyes, eyebrows, lips, and any broken or irritated skin. Leave on for the recommended processing time according to your skin type, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Finish with a moisturizer and sunscreen. Always perform a patch test before first use.
