Glamorous Face Infallible Smooth Touch Matte Eye & Lip Contour Pencil 729 Blush Bloom

Glamorous Face Infallible Smooth Touch Matte Eye & Lip Contour Pencil 729 Blush Bloom is a matte eye and lip pencil from the Infallible range. Blush Bloom is a soft pink matte shade that adds a gentle, natural glow to eyes and lips. On the lips, outline the natural lip line and fill in for a long-lasting matte finish, or use it under lipstick as a base so the colour lasts longer. On the eyes, draw along the lash line and smudge for a softer look, or use it as a bold pop of colour. Keep it sharpened for precise lines, and prep dry lips with a balm first.
