Outline your natural lip line first, then fill in the whole lip before applying lipstick. Using the liner as a base helps lipstick last longer and stops it bleeding into fine lines. It can also be worn alone, filled across the lips, for a soft matte look. Choose a shade close to your lipstick or natural lip colour, and keep it sharpened for a precise line.
