Wipe the excess off the wand, then wiggle it from the lash roots outward to coat each lash. Apply a second coat while the first is still damp to build more drama. Curl your lashes first for extra lift. Its water-resistant formula holds up well in heat and humidity. Remove it at night with an oil-based makeup remover.
