Use it the evening before an event or whenever your skin looks dull and tired. Apply to clean skin as directed on the pack, massage gently in circles, avoiding the eyes, and rinse thoroughly. Follow with moisturiser, and wear sunscreen the next day. Use it at most once a week. Patch test on a small area first, especially if your skin is sensitive.
