Mark 30 Hand & Foot Scrub is an exfoliating scrub for rough hands, dry heels and the soles of the feet, and is a handy step in an at-home manicure or pedicure. Soak hands or feet in warm water for a few minutes, then massage the scrub in circular motions, focusing on rough areas such as heels, knuckles and around the nails. Rinse well, pat dry and follow straight away with a hand or foot cream. Use it once or twice a week. Patch test on a small area first, especially if your skin is sensitive.
