Dot it over the area you want to cover, then tap it in with a fingertip, small brush or damp sponge. Tapping rather than rubbing keeps the coverage in place. Under the eyes, apply in a small triangle and blend the edges, then set with a light dusting of powder so it does not crease. Choose a shade slightly lighter than your foundation for brightening, or an exact match for covering spots.
