Miss Rose Makeup Remover is made to lift waterproof mascara and long-wear base makeup, leaving the skin clean without a greasy film. It is gentle enough for the eye area. Soak a cotton pad and hold it over the eyes for a few seconds so the remover can break down mascara and liner, then wipe downward gently without rubbing. Use a fresh pad for the face and lips. Follow with your regular face wash to finish cleansing. Taking makeup off before bed, especially after long days and events, helps keep pores clear and the skin comfortable.
