The Christine Lip & Eye Pencil in shade WhiteRose-103 is a dual-use pencil for the eyes and lips. A light eye pencil can be used along the lower waterline to make the eyes look brighter and more open, or in the inner corners as a soft highlight. On the lips, it can be used to outline or as a base under lipstick. Rest your elbow on a surface for a steady hand and work in short strokes. Let it set for a few seconds before blinking.
