Miss Rose Liquid Pearlescent Glitter/Shimmer Eyeshadow is a liquid eyeshadow with a pearlescent, shimmering finish that catches the light. Liquid shimmer shadows are quick to apply and add instant sparkle, making them ideal for weddings, parties and festive makeup. Dab a small amount onto the centre of the lid and blend it out with a fingertip, or layer it over a matte powder shadow for extra shine.
